This is our second web site which was designed to show as many products with your favorite team's logo as possible. We will use generic pictures for items where we are waiting for manufacturers to supply artwork.

Damage during shipping, where the damage is to the outside shipping container, must be brought to the attention of the delivery company's driver. Packages left at your door without signature, but damage to the outside container and item, please contact us ASAP.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. You will be notified before your order is processed of any problems that might/or will, impact you order. Also we reserve the right to process you order should there be any problems or conflicts with the manufacturer, distributor, credit card companies, product info or pricing. This also includes address/bill to information or foreign sales.
TIRE COVER RETURN POLICY:
Holland Bar Stool stands by their products and will replace any defective product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to fully inspect product and call both the freight carrier and dealer within 24 hours of delivery to notify of any possible returns, due to defect or otherwise. Any non-defective returns made without a call within this 24-hour inspection window will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. For defective or damaged goods, the customer has 14 days to return the product, customer must call prior to returning product with reason for return. No returns will be accepted without a RMA # from our customer service department. Product must be like new and is subject to our inspection. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING - product must be in new, original condition, packaged in original packaging and include all tags and paperwork that accompanied it. Product returns on non-defective merchandise must be shipped back with freight prepaid by customer, freight is non-refundable. Shipping on defective product returns will be paid by Holland Bar Stool. If for some reason a customer is returning a non-defective product they have 10 days to contact the dealer to initiate a return. Again, if the 24-hour inspection call window has passed, all non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All refunds are subject to inspection upon return. There is always a 20% Restocking fee for all custom orders.
Holiday Schedule Delivery Times: (Please order early)
If an item is ordered for the holidays and it might be deliveried after 12/25, you MUST put in the comments box, that you will accept delivery after the Dec 25th and you would like the order to proceed. You will be contacted by phone if there is any conflict/question with your order.

All other Mats have a 12/1 cutoff date, for 12/25 guarantee delivery, but e-mail us to check stock.
